Humor solves everything

Let’s end the old year with some humor. My friends over at powerlineblog.com  aways post the best political cartoons. I will share a few here.

As a small newspaper editor, I always like to make the headlines interesting and a bit provocative. We gotta sell papers, right? Sometimes I can think of real funny ones that can’t be used. Sad. Like the time the village board was going to demolish 5 derelict houses. I wanted the headline to be “Board-zilla takes down 5 homes.” I wasn’t editor at the time and needless to say, that one didn’t get used, but I still thought it was hilari-ous.
